We want you to love your Roxy gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer free returns and exchanges on all items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your sports gear in its original packaging and include any relevant invoices or packing slips.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
